Cooking Class~Advanced Series

The “Now Let’s Get Cooking” Series is a collection of classes that will take us around the world, with flavors, ingredients and techniques. Take one or take them all to become a “World Wide Culinary Traveler”.  Cost for the entire series is $325.00. Pricing for this  individual class is $60.00 per person.

Developed with the semi skilled cook in mind (can you boil water?), we will combine cuisines, types of food, spices, flavors and kitchen formats with the common denominator being times that are fun and equally delicious. Sign up early as the class size is limited to 12 world class chefs.

Classes are taught by Chef Brian Ross in his professional kitchen. Along with a wonderful tasting at the end of the class you will be provided with detailed demonstration of the dishes you will make, a recipe packet of all items presented, your own apron, a chef hat and a group photo suitable for framing!

New Orleans Bash 

Mardi Gras has come and gone and all that is left are some beads, trinkets and memories of some great food. In this class we will prepare a Louisiana Feast literally from Soup to Nuts. Lots of spice and fun are in store for this class.

Recipes Include: Shrimp & Sausage Gumbo, Crawfish Etouffee, Macque Choux, Red Beans & Rice, Jambalaya and Bananas Foster
