We are featuring a menu with a Napa Valley slant as well as 5 wines from Hess Collection of Napa Valley California. Tim Locke of Hess Collection will be here to shed some light on how the wine is made as well as the subtle differences of two of their Chardonnays and two Cabernet Sauvignons. We will finish the menu with a Dessert/Cheese composition to pair with Syrah.
