Judges:Marsha Donahue is the owner of, and an artist in, the North Light Gallery in Millinocket, ME. Michael E. Vermette has taught art through Maine Indian Education for 21 years as a Maine k-12 certified public school art teacher. Michael was chosen by Acadia National Park this year to paint a Christmas ornament that would hang in the Blue Room on the White House Christmas Tree. Eligibility Requirements: Open to all amateur and professional artists 18 years and older living in Maine, including part-time residents and college students. All entries must be original and completed in 2007-2008. Work copied from magazines, artwork by another artist or photos not taken by the artist will not be considered original.
