Penobscot Theatre celebrates another season of new play development with the third annual new play festival. Playwrights from around the nation will present new work through dramatic readings and workshops.

Two weeks worth of readings and workshop productions of new theatrical work in development. 10-minute plays, one-acts and full length plays and musicals will all be on the bill as Penobscot Theatre becomes a haven for creation during the summer of 2009.
