Chamber Meeting Room Rental

BOARDROOM & MEETING ROOM RENTAL AVAILABILITY

As a service to Chamber members and the Bangor Region business community, meeting rooms at our downtown Bangor location are available for rent by the hour, half-day or whole day for business meetings and business events. Non-members are also permitted to rent the facility. Chamber members receive a discounted rental rate. Chamber members will be charged by the name of the group requesting the use and not the individual.

Meeting room options:

Bangor Savings Bank Boardroom – Seats 24, Executive Chairs, Long Table, TV Screen with HDMI

Smaller Meeting Room – Seats 14, Additional long tables and seating available, TV Screen with HDMI

There is also an option for both rooms. All rooms would also include the use of the Rudman Winchell Lounge area (Lounge includes a TV Screen with HDMI and podium). All meeting rooms have access to ounge area and kitchen, however, if there is a group in the Boardroom, kitchen access for the Meeting Rooms will be limited.
