“Realtime Medical Transcription with Google Augmedix” with Dr. Rafael Grossmann.
Eastern Maine Medical Center has recently started piloting Google Augmedix, using a Google Glass device, to take real-time, remote medical transcription during patient appointments. Dr. Grossmann is a full-time trauma surgeon at EMMC, and a technology innovator who pioneered the world’s first application of Google Glass in surgery. More recently, he is participating in the Google Augmedix program with Eastern Maine Health Systems, and will demonstrate the function and value of Google Augmedix in patient services and health data management.
